This policy explains how RunaReg processes personal data on this website (runareg.com). The RunaReg platform (app.runareg.com) has its own data processing terms provided to customers; this page covers the marketing website only.
The short version
- This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no marketing pixels.
- Analytics is Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookieless, aggregate, and privacy-preserving. We cannot identify you from it.
- The only personal data we collect here is what you type into the demo request form — and we use it solely to respond to you.
Demo request form
When you submit the demo request form, we process: your name, work email, company name, device class, country, and any message you include.
- Purpose: responding to your request, coordinating a demo, and follow-up about RunaReg. Nothing else. No automated drip campaigns.
- Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given via the required checkbox, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Processor: form submissions are delivered by email via Resend (transactional email provider). Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your IP address and browser signals to distinguish humans from bots; Turnstile does not build advertising profiles.
- Retention: we retain demo-request correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months thereafter, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.
- Erasure and access: email hello@runareg.com to access, correct, or delete your data. We respond within the statutory deadlines.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it sets no cookies, stores no identifiers on your device, and does not track you across sites. We see aggregate page-view counts and performance metrics only.
Hosting
This website is served by Cloudflare Pages (CDN). Cloudflare may process connection data (such as IP addresses) as technically necessary to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Your rights — GDPR
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Your rights — KVKK (Türkiye)
If you are in Türkiye, you have the rights set out in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), including the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, correction, and deletion, and to object to results produced by automated analysis. Requests under KVKK can be sent to hello@runareg.com.
